Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment we are only shipping orders within the US. We are working hard to make international shipping a possibility.

What is your Return Policy?

We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but we understand that things don't always work out.

If you received the wrong item(s) please contact us immediately.

Unopened items in original condition and returned within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. A re-stocking fee of 15% is applicable to refunds in the original payment form to cover transactional fees. Stickers, sale items, clearance items,
intentionally damaged and opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Orders that received “free shipping” at the time of purchase will receive a store credit, exchange, or refund less My Brunch Plans’s cost of shipping.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable insurance costs. My Brunch Plans is not responsible for products lost by delivery carriers.

Exchanges and returns must be authorized by My Brunch Plans. To start a return, please Contact us through our Contact page form with your order number, the product that you would like to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instructions.

No refunds on instant downloads and stickers.

 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive a different item from what you ordered, please let us know immediately. We are human here and occasionally do make a mistake with packaging items. 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please open your packages promptly to ensure that they have arrived correctly. If you receive an item and it has been damaged in the mail or arrives defective:

 

Damage and loss claims must be
filed with USPS within 15 days of delivery

 

RETURNED MAIL: INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS OR OTHERWISE UNDELIVERABLE

Occasionally, we receive mail “returned to sender.” This can be for a variety of reasons.

If a package is returned for an undeliverable or insufficient address (I.e., incorrect address or missing
information, such as an apartment number), you (the customer) will need to pay for additional shipping, to re-dispatch your package. There are no refunds, store credits, or similar, in lieu of re-shipping. If you choose not to pay to re-ship your item(s), you will forfeit your item(s) and any payment(s) you have
made for the returned order(s).
